Cardiovascular Impact of Long-Term AAS Use

Post by MedellinMuscle »

Long-term AAS use is known to cause left ventricular hypertrophy. At what dosage and duration do these changes become irreversible according to current data?

YK-11 is often marketed as a SARM, but it’s actually a steroidal myostatin inhibitor. The follistatin expression it induces is where the real magic happens.

Problem is the half-life. Most people dose it once a day when the pharmacokinetics suggest it needs at least twice-daily administration.

Has anyone looked into the "Belgian Blue" cattle gene? Inhibiting myostatin leads to massive muscle mass but terrible tendon integrity.

That’s the hidden danger. Muscle growth outpaces tendon strengthening, leading to catastrophic ruptures. Be careful with heavy triples on YK.

Is there any natural way to blunt myostatin? I heard Epicatechin from dark chocolate has some valid human data behind it.
