Current Issue: Since increasing the dosage, I am waking up 3-4 times a night drenched. It is affecting my recovery.
What I have tried:
* Lowering room temp to 16C.
* Sleeping on a cooling pad.
* Cutting carbs before bed.
Discussion: Is this primarily a blood sugar drop issue or a direct thermogenic effect on the hypothalamus? What protocols are you guys using to stay asleep?

It is the hypothalamus. Your body thinks it is overheating even when the room is cold.

Check your blood pressure before bed. High BP makes the sweating 10x worse.

I found that taking 500mg of Vitamin C before bed helped me. No idea why but it works.

Interesting. I will try the Vit C tonight. My BP is 125/80 so it’s not too bad.

Are you using Tren? If so, the sweats are just part of the tax you pay.

Yeah, on a moderate dose. Just trying to mitigate the sleep loss.

Try splitting your dose more frequently. Keep levels stable.

Also watch the spicy foods for dinner. It adds fuel to the fire.
