Anyone using highly branched cyclic dextrin? Thinking about adding it to my heavy leg days.

Yes, it is excellent for endurance and keeping the pump alive. Much better than dextrose.

I just use Gatorade powder. Cheap and effective. Is the expensive stuff really worth it?

Depends on your digestion. Cyclic dextrin leaves the stomach way faster. No bloating.

For sessions over 90 minutes, intra-carbs are a game changer for volume.

Agreed. 10g EAAs + 30g Carb is the gold standard.
