Recent clinical trials on YK-11 and other follistatin-derived inhibitors show promise, but are we seeing actual muscle hyperplasia or just hypertrophy?

Sleep apnea is the number one killer of natural testosterone. If you are over 240lbs, get a sleep study done.

LH pulses primarily occur during REM sleep. If you are waking up every 2 hours, your pituitary never gets the signal to fire correctly.

I’ve noticed that on Tren, my sleep is non-existent. The night sweats and insomnia probably negate half the anabolic benefit of the drug.

Try 5mg of Melatonin and a cool room (65F). It’s the only way I survive a harsh cycle.
