AST and ALT are general markers, but GGT is often more specific to cholestasis. Why do we rarely see GGT discussed in "liver support" threads?

The primary takeaway from the recent meta-analysis is that Clomid is becoming secondary to Enclomiphene due to the isomer profile.

Enclomiphene definitely shows better LH/FSH response with fewer of the emotional side effects associated with the zuclomiphene isomer.

We also need to consider HCG timing. Using it during the cycle prevents Leydig cell atrophy, making the restart much smoother.

Exactly. Waiting until 3 weeks post-long ester to start HCG is a dated protocol. The "Power PCT" model is far more evidence-based.

Does the meta-analysis mention Triptorelin? I know it was hyped as a one-shot restart, but the data on pituitary desensitization is scary.

Triptorelin is high risk. The study suggests it should only be used as a last resort under strict medical supervision.

What about the duration? Most PCTs are 4 weeks, but the data suggests 6-8 weeks is better for long-term retention of gains.

Agreed. Pituitary signaling returns fast, but testicular volume and function take longer to normalize.
