How are you guys structuring your blocks lately? I am switching from linear to undulating.

Undulating is great for keeping the CNS fresh while handling heavy loads.

I prefer the old school Soviet approach. Volume first, then intensity.

The transition is all about the deload week in between.

Bulgarian split squats. They are painful but effective.
