Leg day destroyed me. What are your go-to recovery methods? Ice baths or active rest?

Active rest for sure. A light walk helps clear the soreness.

I swear by Epsom salt baths. Cheap and effective.

Helps with blood flow. I wear sleeves during sleep sometimes.
