Anyone successfully built mass on Keto? I hear the pump is non-existent.

Hard to get a pump without glycogen. Keto is better for endurance athletes.

I tried it. Strength stayed okay, but I looked flat as a pancake.

Targeted Keto (TKD) can work. Carbs just before lifting.

If you want to grow, you need insulin spikes. Keto avoids that.

Still, why bother? High carb, low fat is the bodybuilding standard for a reason.

Keto is for fat loss and metabolic health, not max hypertrophy.
