Dealing with a nagging pain in the front of my shoulder. Bench press is becoming impossible. Any specific band work suggestions?

Face pulls with a hold at the top. Focus on external rotation, not just pulling back.

Check your thoracic mobility. If your upper back is tight, your shoulders compensate.

I had this last year. Slept on my side and it made it 10x worse. Sleep on your back.

Wall slides and dead bugs for core/shoulder stability. Don't rush back to heavy weights.

If it hurts more than a 3/10, stop. Switch to neutral grip dumbbells.

Floor presses are safer. They limit the range of motion so you don't overstretch the capsule.

Ice after training, heat before to get blood flow in there.

Also, strengthen the lower traps. Most lifters are too dominant in upper traps.
