I keep hearing static stretching kills power. Should I just do dynamic stuff?

Yes, dynamic only for warmups. Static is for after the session.

The science shows a minor decrease in peak force if you hold over 60s.

I do world's greatest stretch and some leg swings. Takes 5 mins.

If a muscle is chronically tight, a quick static stretch might actually help your positioning.

Good for neurological relaxation, but it doesn't actually lengthen the muscle.

Use it on your lats before overhead pressing. Helps a ton.

I find it useful for the TFL and glutes.

Dynamic movements mimic the lifting motion. Better for the CNS.
