Tingling behind the nipple. Is this a guaranteed flare up or just paranoia?

Tingling and sensitivity are the first signs. Don't wait for a lump.

Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) 20mg daily until it subsides is the standard protocol.

Check prolactin too. If it's progesterone based, Nolva won't help much.

I am using a Deca base, so prolactin might be the culprit.

If it is Deca, P5P at 200mg/day can help manage mild prolactin issues.

P5P is great. If that fails, Caber is the big gun, but use it sparingly.

I have some Ralox on hand. Might start a low dose.
