Lab Analysis Session:

I just received my latest cardiovascular panel. While my total cholesterol is 190 mg/dL, my HDL is only 35 mg/dL.

Questions for the group:
* Does anyone focus on the TG/HDL ratio over total LDL?
* What supplements are you using to boost HDL without affecting liver enzymes?

I am concerned about long-term plaque buildup given my heavy lifting history.

TG/HDL ratio is a much stronger predictor of heart health. Try adding 4g of high-quality fish oil.

Cardio is the best HDL booster. Are you hitting at least 3 sessions a week?

To be honest, my cardio has been lacking during this bulk. I’ll start walking 30 mins a day.

Look into Citrus Bergamot. It worked wonders for my LDL/HDL balance.

Also, check your ApoB levels. That is the real gold standard for risk assessment.

I'll add ApoB to my next request. Thanks!

Clean up the saturated fats if your LDL is climbing too fast.
