Managing Gynecomastia: AI vs SERM Protocols

The Gyno Guide:
Too many guys wait until they have a marble behind their nipple to act.
My Current Approach:
1. Prevention: Low-dose Aromasin (AI) only if bloodwork shows E2 spike.
2. Reversal: Raloxifene (SERM) has been shown in clinical trials to be more effective than Tamoxifen for pre-existing tissue.
What is your go-to when you feel that first itch?

Raloxifene is definitely the way to go for reversal. Less side effects than Nolva.

Don't crush your Estrogen too low with AIs or your joints will pay for it.

Agreed. Low E2 is worse for my mood than high E2.

Masteron is my favorite "soft" AI. It keeps things in check naturally.

Remember that Prolactin can also cause Gyno. Check your P5P levels.

Good point. Tren/Deco users need to be extra careful.

Zinc at 50mg a day also helps slightly as a natural AI.

I prefer Arimidex because it is easier to dose for me.

Arimidex can have a rebound effect though.
