Just finished my run of the Mike Mentzer style training. Gained 8lbs of solid mass.

Heavy duty is no joke. Did you hit failure on every set?

Recovery was tough at first. 4000 calories daily minimum.

Zero cardio. Just pure intensity on the big lifts.
