Electrolyte Balance and Blood Pressure
Everyone talks about Sodium, but is Potassium the real key for keeping BP low during heavy cycles?

The Sodium-Potassium pump is what regulates cellular fluid. If you have low Potassium, Sodium will cause way more edema.

Most people need at least 4500mg of Potassium. Good luck getting that without a massive amount of potatoes or greens.

I use Lite-Salt (Potassium Chloride) to season my meals. It's a game changer for BP.

A little bit metallic, but you get used to it.

Also look into Taurine. 3-5g a day helps with electrolyte regulation and reduces cramping.

Taurine is amazing for "back pumps" too.

135/85. A bit high. That's why I'm looking at Potassium.
