Combating Estrogen-Related Water Retention
My ankles are disappearing. I suspect my E2 is too high. Anyone prefer natural diuretics over AI?

Dandelion root and Uva Ursi are okay for temporary relief, but you need to address the aromatization.

Check your sodium to potassium ratio. Most water retention is just bad mineral balance.

Are you sensitive to AI? A micro-dose of Aromasin usually clears my edema up in 24 hours.

Careful with Aromasin, crashing E2 is worse than having fat ankles.

Exactly what I am afraid of. I had crashed E2 last year and it was miserable.

Try increasing your taurine intake to 5g. Helps with the osmotic pressure.

And lower the carb intake slightly. Carbs hold water.

Also, watch the blood pressure. Water weight usually pushes it up.
