Monohydrate is the most studied supplement in history. Stick with it.

HCL helps if you get bloating from Mono.

I switched to HCL and the stomach issues disappeared instantly.

Just drink more water with Mono. It is $20 vs $60.

HCL is just marketing. Science says Mono works best.
