Peptide Stability: Reconstitution Science

How long does BPC-157 or TB-500 actually remain stable after being reconstituted with bacteriostatic water? Looking for chemical stability studies, not just anecdotes.

I recently had bloods where AST was 80 but GGT was 15. Shows the AST was likely just muscle damage from training.

That is a classic mistake. Doctors see high AST/ALT in lifters and panic about liver failure, ignoring the GGT.

GGT is the gold standard for cholestasis. If GGT is in range, your liver is processing bile correctly despite the "leakage" markers.

Don't forget Bilirubin. If that starts climbing alongside AST/ALT, then you have a real problem regardless of what training you did.

Does anyone use TUDCA or UDCA? UDCA is significantly better at lowering GGT levels than standard milk thistle.

TUDCA is great for acute protection, but long term it might actually interfere with some lipid pathways. Cycles only.
