Why do some guys explode on a basic 5x5 while others stall for years? High-responders vs Low-responders.

People ignore the "Low-responder" category. Some people genuinely need massive volume to see any change.

The study by Bamman et al. on this was eye-opening. The transcriptomic response was night and day.

Highly unlikely. You can optimize, but you can't change your biological hardware.
