Psychological Barriers After Injury

How do you guys deal with the fear of re-injury when returning to heavy squats or deadlifts? The mental game is harder than the physical recovery.

Step by step. Don't look at the weight, look at the form.

I use visualization. See yourself hitting the lift safely.

I find myself cutting depth short because I'm scared the back will pop again.

Confidence is built on successful reps. Keep it light for longer.
