Most people are deficient in these. I started taking 5000IU D3 and 400mg Magnesium and my sleep is incredible.

Magnesium Glycinate is the way to go. Avoid the Oxide version, it just acts as a laxative!

D3 is basically a hormone. Essential for testosterone production in the winter months.

Don't forget Vitamin K2 with your D3 to make sure the calcium goes to the bones and not arteries.

Even in sunny Australia, we see lifters with low D3. It is worth testing your blood levels.
