Estrogen Rebound After Stopping AI

Problem: I finished my AI protocol 4 days ago and now my nipples are sensitive again.

Context:
* Was using Arimidex 0.5mg EOD.
* Stopped cold turkey after cycle ended.

The Mechanics:


Is this just a standard rebound because Arimidex doesn't destroy the enzyme? Should I have tapered off?

Yes, Arimidex is notorious for this. The enzymes are just "busy" while on the drug, then they all release at once.

Switch to Aromasin next time. It’s a suicide inhibitor, so no rebound.
